Goals as APLD Board Member: I look forward to increasing awareness of APLD for those designers who have not yet joined. I want to increase participation in our design competition by current members, especially students. I look forward to enhancing our training for environmentally appropriate design during this time of climate change. I plan to seek more corporate sponsors for additional awards for educators and students.
Anything Else You’d Like to Include: It is an honor to be asked to serve as a board member. I thank all those previous board members for their efforts to create such a strong force to improve the professionalism of landscape design.
